5+ years of experience as a radio network optimization engineer with mobile operators
2+ years of hands-on experience with Huawei networks (UTRAN, BSS, OSS, KPIs, databases, CHRs, traces, NE management)
Knowledge and experience in IP networking
Deep knowledge of 3GPP standards, GSM, UMTS, LTE air interface, layer 2 and 3 procedures
Fluent in English and willing to travel for short periods
Must be comfortable with very frequent international travel
