What it does

Intucell’s Automatic Parameter Organization (APO) is a group of Self Organizing applications facilitating automatic planning & setting of radio network parameters. APO enables operators to optimize the operational efficiency required for network expansions and deployments. APO has 3 key unique features:

Plug & Play: it is an automatic and dynamic solution, reducing the complexity and resources when deploying new network elements.

Swap: it allows transparent migration of the neighbor list of a cell or replacement of vendor/ hardware.

Re-parenting: it supports the process of changing the parent RNC of a cell, including all the required changes in the neighbor lists.

APO is so simple. It allows engineers to set policies and executes them autonomously. The configuration process is done intuitively with a graphic user interface, including multiple reports and map representation. When installed as part of an entire SON system, optimization of the neighbor list is done by the Inter-frequency and Intra-frequency neighbor relation modules of the ANR once the site goes live, maintaining a higher level of KPIs as the network conditions change over time.
